Meet Jessica Richardson

A full-time Realtor since 1999 Jessica has helped hundreds of people buy and sell homes throughout the DC metro area. She grew up in Arlington but has called Alexandria home since 2007. Honesty, integrity and market knowledge are the core principles that guide her business philosophy.

She is consistently ranked among the top Realtors in the area and has earned the prestigious “Lifetime Top Producer” award by the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors. Jessica has been recognized as a “Top Realtor” by Washington Magazine year after year and was named to REALTrends List of America’s Best Real Estate Agents.

Jessica currently lives in Alexandria with her husband and their two daughters when she is active in the local community and involved with a number of organizations including The Red Hill Garden Club, The Carpenter’s Shelter,The National Breast Cancer Foundation, The Center for Alexandria’s Child, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Together We Bake, Morgan's Message, One Love Foundation and Westminster Presbyterian Church. 

When she is not working, you can find Jessica jogging around the neighborhood, driving up and down the mid-Atlantic for her girls' lacrosse tournaments, working on gardening projects, playing doubles tennis or trying new restaurants with friends.
