Jessica Richardson

About Me? But it Isn't Really About Me, Is it?

I’m Jessica Richardson… My work in the real estate business isn’t about me… it’s all about you.
…Your hopes, your dreams, your aspirations.
My name should only enter the debate when we’re talking about how I can use my ingenuity and real estate knowledge to help you to reach your goals.

Who is Jessica Richardson?

The daughter of a second-generation Washingtonian, I have lived in this area my entire life. I grew up in Arlington, have lived in DC and Fairfax but have called Alexandria home since 2007. Having been a Realtor for nearly 20 years I’ve experienced the market’s highs and lows and have developed the skills and strategies to navigate through even the most difficult transaction. My business principles are based on integrity, market knowledge and personal service.

I am truly passionate about this business and I think it shows. My clients know that they can always count on me for straightforward, honest advice about their homes and the local real estate market.

People are what this business is all about and I never lose sight of the fact that buying or selling a home is a uniquely personal and often emotional experience. I enjoy working closely with people and helping them accomplish their real estate goals.

With over 500 successfully closed sales, I have been consistently ranked among the top Realtors at McEnearney Associates and in the DC Metro area. I have earned the NVAR “Life Member Top Producer” award, the NVAR “Multi-Million Dollar Sales” award and was named “Top Realtor” by Washingtonian Magazine in 2015, 2016 and 2017.

When I’m not working you’ll find me spending time with my husband, our two daughters and yellow lab, running, playing tennis or trying out new local restaurants with friends.

If you are thinking of buying or selling a home, I’d love to be of service. Just send me an email to get started.
